Description

A fun and chewy frozen dessert made with rice krispie treats and your favorite ice cream flavor. Perfect for summer snacks, parties, or DIY dessert nights.

Ingredients

Scale

6 rice krispie treat bars (homemade or store-bought)

3 cups ice cream (vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate)

1/2 cup sprinkles or mini chocolate chips (optional)

Parchment paper

Nonstick spray

Instructions

1. Cut rice krispie bars into even squares or rounds.

2. Let the ice cream soften slightly, then scoop and spread onto half the rice krispie pieces.

3. Top with remaining krispie bars to form sandwiches.

4. Add sprinkles or chocolate chips to the edges if desired.

5. Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper.

6. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use homemade marshmallow bars for a softer bite.

Mix and match ice cream flavors for variety.

Store leftovers in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 week.
