Ingredients
6 rice krispie treat bars (homemade or store-bought)
3 cups ice cream (vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate)
1/2 cup sprinkles or mini chocolate chips (optional)
Parchment paper
Nonstick spray
Instructions
1. Cut rice krispie bars into even squares or rounds.
2. Let the ice cream soften slightly, then scoop and spread onto half the rice krispie pieces.
3. Top with remaining krispie bars to form sandwiches.
4. Add sprinkles or chocolate chips to the edges if desired.
5. Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper.
6. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
