At Deal Recipe, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality meals on time. However, if an issue arises, our refund policy ensures that your concerns are addressed fairly.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. We may request a description of the problem and supporting evidence, such as a photo of the item received.
You received the wrong order
Your food was missing major items
The order arrived spoiled or unsafe to consume
The order was never delivered and no contact was made
We do not offer refunds for the following:
Minor taste preferences
Late deliveries caused by external factors (traffic, weather, etc.)
Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
Orders canceled after preparation has started
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
In some cases, a partial refund or credit may be issued instead of a full refund, especially when only part of the order was affected.
